There are 480 open houses posted across the state this weekend with 70 being new to the market. The ratio of new homes on the market being open as compared to the total number continues a to rise, a trend that should continue well into the Spring. Realtors have always suggested that April 1st was the best day to place a home on the market to capture those buyers that make up the Spring surge.
With the weather being exceptionally mild, we may be seeing a an accelerated listing trend. You know what they say, the early bird catches the worm!
